Initially, our team was commissioned to undertake a modest garage addition for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) project. However, as fate would have it, the inspector deemed the existing structure unsuitable, prompting us to tear parts down and rebuild certain sections. The result was a stunning new construction ADU, spanning 1,100 square feet, with a modist three bedrooms and two gorgeous bathrooms.

Embracing an earthy color palette, the ADU exuded warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. A cool roof with a skylight and covered eaves allowed natural light to flood the space, while a powerful mini-split system provided efficient heating and cooling. The interior showcased smooth wall finishes, beautifully tiled showers, and a striking waterfall feature on the kitchen peninsula, creating a harmonious blend of style and function for the fortunate residents of this exquisite 3 Bed 2 Bath 1,100 SF ADU.
