This complete condo remodel in West Hollywood brought a fresh, modern energy to an outdated space. Abraham Building & Consulting opened up the floor plan by removing interior walls, creating a seamless flow between the kitchen and living room. Every detail was upgraded—from layout and finishes to systems and style.

The project included two fully remodeled bathrooms, all new custom cabinetry, updated doors, and sleek microcement plaster finishes throughout. Popcorn ceilings were removed, recessed lighting was installed, and new flooring was laid to create a smooth, cohesive interior. Accent walls were enhanced with designer wallpaper to add texture and personality.

To improve comfort and performance, we replaced the split-unit AC system and upgraded the electrical sub panel. This renovation was completed in just 3 months, showcasing our ability to deliver high-end results quickly and efficiently.
