This full duplex renovation in Santa Monica, CA was a complete transformation from the ground up. Abraham Building & Consulting gutted both units down to the studs and rebuilt them with modern systems, finishes, and functional layouts—turning outdated structures into high-performing rental-ready homes.

The project included all-new kitchens and bathrooms in both units, creation of laundry rooms, walk-in closets, sliding doors, and cozy private backyards ideal for entertaining. The duplex was repiped, rewired, outfitted with new gas lines and central AC units, and topped with a brand-new roof. Additional upgrades included new windows, doors, flooring, and full interior and exterior paint.

We also rebuilt the foundation to ensure structural integrity for decades to come. At the project’s completion, we assisted the client in preparing and renting out both units—making this a true end-to-end renovation solution completed in just 6 months.
